# My Estimating Team

My Estimating Team is a remote estimating service that writes Xactimate estimates and supplements for US and Canadian insurance restoration work. Clients are roofing, siding, restoration and general contractors, licensed public adjusters, attorneys, appraisers and estimating firms (white-label overflow).

## Services and prices
- Wind/hail roof estimate: $70 flat per file.
- Other estimates and supplements (roof, siding, interior, water/mitigation, fire and smoke, rebuild): $50 to $300 per file, priced by scope and agreed before work starts.
- Dedicated estimator: $1,000 to $2,000 per month. Volume pricing for steady weekly work.
- Free trial: the first file is free and complete, with no card and no contract.
- No minimums and no percentage of the claim.

## What clients get
- Xactimate ESX file and PDF with line items, F9 notes and code references, on the current price list for the loss location.
- Added items are backed by photos, measurements or code sections (IRC, IBC, IEBC, IICRC S500, OSHA, local amendments).
- 24-hour standard turnaround, 48-hour maximum. Fixes at no charge.
- All US states and Canada.

## Frequently asked questions
- Do you talk to the insurance carrier? No. We write the estimate and documentation; you or your licensed public adjuster submit it and handle the claim. We are an estimating service, not public adjusters.
- What do I get back? The Xactimate ESX file and a PDF, with line items, F9 notes and code references. Your logo goes on it if you send one.
- What files can I send? Photos, EagleView or Hover reports, sketches, the carrier's estimate, scope notes, moisture logs and 3D tour links. If you're unsure, send what you have and we'll tell you if anything is missing.
- How fast is it really? 24 hours is our standard and 48 hours is the maximum. Large fire or full-rebuild files may need longer; we tell you before we start.
- What if something is wrong? Send it back with your notes and we fix it at no charge.
- Which states do you cover? All US states and Canada. We use the current price list for the loss location and the code year that state or city has adopted.
- Is the free trial really free? Yes. One full estimate, no card and no contract. If you like it, we agree a price for the next file.
